We pay once a month on the 15th of each month. This pay is accruing funds you are owed from the entire prior month. Pre-approved expenses are also reimbursed at this time. You will receive payment in the form of check. Please allow normal mail delivery dates from the check going out on the 15th (or next business day).

In order to get paid you must have all recaps for the events you worked entered with the required information accurately on them. You also need to ensure you have supplied us with your mailing address (see the Legal section of this site).

Mailing Address
We need it so we know where to send the check. Many time the address we find that people put on their W-9's is not always where they want their check to go so just fill this out very quick so we can send your check to where you want it to go (even if it is the same as what you put on the W-9).  Here is the LINK
